How to lose stomach fat??


The question I get asked most on a daily basis, how do I lose stomach fat? We all want to lose stomach fat, it will change our whole shape and appearance.

Well the answer is simple; The same way you lose all other fat.

Through a consistent calorie deficit over time. There is no magic pill, shortcut, supplement, detox tea and there is definitely no magic exercise.

Place yourself in a small calorie deficit and be consistent.

Practical example;

Frank starts a diet and begins weight training. Frank loses some weight and his friends and family comment on how well he looks and tell him they can see a difference, especially in his face.

Frank did not do any special face exercises in the gym.

Just like when you are gaining weight, you do not get to choose where it goes on. Be patient and you will lose fat from any area you are holding it.
